What are the steps to book our services?
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and services. Your event is not considered booked until the retainer and signed agreement are received. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.

When is the best time to book for our services?
Feel free to reach out at any point of time! But try to give us a minimum of 2 weeks before your event to ensure the smoothest process & results.

What type of payment do you accept?
Evres Events accepts payments via ACH, check, credit card (with 3.5% transaction fee), Zelle, and Venmo.

How do I make custom apparel with you?
If you have an image (at 300 dpi) or vector art, you can submit that and we will use it for your custom apparel! Otherwise, we can make the graphic art as long as you provide the concept. 50% deposit upfront before production and 50% balanced due when receiving the order. Once the product has been created, there are no refunds.
